Our four apartments are in the same building on Roach Road, Fish Island, London E3. The estate is next to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with Westfield Stratford City within walking distance and Hackney Wick nearby.

Yes. These enquiries are for a whole apartment for your group. The exact apartment, sleeping arrangement and guest capacity are confirmed with you before you book.

Choose your dates to see your accommodation subtotal. Arrivals 0–13 days ahead are £100 per apartment/night, 14–29 days ahead are £150, and 30 or more days ahead are £200. One arrival-date rate applies to the entire stay for up to six guests, with linen included. Final cleaning and metered electricity are extra. We’ll confirm availability, the complete price and booking terms before you decide. An enquiry does not reserve dates or lock a price.

You can enquire for a group of up to six. Tell us how many adults and children are travelling and the beds you need. We’ll confirm whether a suitable apartment and sleeping arrangement can be offered.

Our collection has four apartments in one building. If you’re travelling with friends or family who want their own space, ask about more than one apartment for the same dates. Availability is confirmed individually.

The apartments have electric underfloor heating and no gas. Electricity is charged separately at 27p per kWh used, based on arrival and departure meter readings. The calculation and payment arrangements will be included in your written quote.
